We believe in transparency. When you book, you choose the specific model from our available fleet (e.g., Mitsubishi Attrage, Geely Coolray, etc.). If the booked cars are not available, we shall provide an equivalant car for your immediete use.
What is the process for returning the car at the end of the academic year?
The return process is hassle-free. Our team will coordinate with you to pick up the vehicle from your location at the end of your lease period, ensuring a smooth transition without any time-consuming paperwork.
Are insurance and registration fees included in the monthly rate?
Yes. To provide a truly stress-free experience, all our monthly lease rates include basic insurance ,vehicle maintanance, replacement vehicle during accidents, registration (Mulkiya) etc.In case of a requirement of full protection, you can opt for a collision damage waiver package which will be an additional cost for monthly basis.

Our standard packages cover usage within the UAE. however those who are planning a trip to Oman requires Oman insurance and no objection certificate from the car rental supplier. So travelling to Oman is completely depends on the Supplier approval and the concern authority requirement on cross-boarder travel.
