AddRentals.com is an online platform developed and owned by ADDRENTALS SERVICES, which is a Limited Liability Company licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and issued by the Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi, UAE.
This document sets out the terms and conditions (the "Terms") on which we, (the website of AddRentals.com or “we” or “us” or “our), provide our online car rental platform services to you (hereinafter referred to as the User/internet user). By using our website or booking a car through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Website is provided as a service to users to help them compare and book car rentals from a variety of suppliers(Suppliers are the car rental providers who owns the cars). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website.
AddRentals.com (We) provides an online platform that allows you (the user/internet user) to search for and book cars from a variety of suppliers. We do not own or operate any of the cars that are listed on our website. We simply provide a platform that connects you with suppliers.
To book a car (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Car Rentals), you must browse through our website AddRentals.com and select the listed cars from the Suppliers and provide us with certain information, including your name, address, email address, and phone number. You must also select the dates and times of your rental, the type of car you want, and the pickup and drop-off locations, delivery locations etc. For Mini Lease booking (Short term Lease) you must also provide(upload) the relevant documents such as Emirates ID/GCC ID/Passport Copy/Driving License etc. This is to verify the user’s eligibility to drive the car as per the governing law, however all the relevant user documents will be verified and submitted to the service provider and Supplier for all sorts of car rental booking and before the renting of the vehicle.
Once you have completed your booking, we will send you a booking number, further we will send you a booking voucher subject to the approval from the Supplier. This voucher will contain all of the details of your rental, including the supplier's contact information.
AddRentals.com shall not disclose personal Data to any third party except the cases where: 1) such information is disclosed to the Party’s officers and employees or agents or affiliates, or 2) such disclosure is required by law; or 3) such disclosure is required by the Terms or necessary to fulfil Parties’ obligations under the Agreement; or 4) the information has already been disclosed or made available in public domain.
You don’t need to pay any Rental or Non-Rental charges to AddRentas.com at the time of booking, but you must pay to the supplier for your rental and non-rental charges in full before the collection or pickup of the vehicle you have booked for. Our vetted suppliers (whom we are partnered with) accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards etc. The credit card of the user is a must for all sorts of car rental bookings and there will be a credit card preauthorization (a security amount) will be taken as part of the rental procedure.
AddRentals.com responsibilities include:
Issuing a car rental voucher via email after booking a car rental.
Providing customer support and information in case of any delay(s) / inconvenience before the car is handed over to the customer.
AddRentals.com does not take responsibilities for the following:
AddRentals.com is not liable for any claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or your rental of a car from a supplier listed on the Website. This includes, but is not limited to:
Any claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on the Website.
Any claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of the performance or non-performance of a supplier.
Any claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of a car accident or other incident involving a car rented from a supplier listed on the Website.
If the employees of the car rental Service Providers demonstrates rude behaviour or misbehave with the customers.
If the car rental Service Provider cancels the booking for reasons unknown.
If the baggage of a customer gets lost/stolen/damaged in the event of travel.
If the car gets stolen or totally damaged and if a life is lost.
You agree that any reservation made with a Car Rental Supplier is between you and Car Rental Supplier only, in case of any dispute concerning a reservation, payments/service of the car and condition of the car made to Car Rental Supplier, and/or use of a car rental service shall not include us (AddRentals.com) as we are only a platform provider between the customer and the supplier.
You Agree that any reservation is subject to the terms and conditions offered by Car Rental Supplier and is totally separate from this Agreement, and you as a customer must accept the terms and conditions of the car rental supplier. You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions of both AddRentals.com and the Car Rental Supplier before making a reservation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your rental of a car from a Car Rental Supplier listed on our platform.
You understand and agree that we are not a party to any rental agreement between you and the Car Rental Supplier. We are simply a platform that connects you with Car Rental Suppliers. As such, we are not responsible for the performance of the Car Rental Supplier or for the quality of the car rental services provided. As a user of this car rental online platform, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Car Rental Supplier, including payment of all applicable fees and charges. You also agree to comply with all rental restrictions and requirements. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation, denial of access to the vehicle, and forfeiture of all payments made.
You understand that the Website of AddRentals.com may contain links to third party websites, applications, or services that AddRentals.com does not own or control, including, without limitation, Car Rental Supplier’s professional services. You agree that AddRentals.com will not be held responsible or liable for the content of third-party websites, applications, or services as well as Car Rental Service Providers’ information and/or advertisements and that AddRentals.com’s inclusion of those websites, applications, or services as well as the Car Rental Supplier information and/or advertisements within its Website does not constitute AddRentals.com’s endorsement of, the recommendation of, or affiliation with any of those websites,
On the date of car rental, the users are requested to call on the Car Rental Supplier’s contact number mentioned in the voucher and reconfirm their pick-up point and timing.
At the time of car rental, the customers may be required to furnish the following:
A copy of the car rental voucher.
A copy of the below documents of the user who has made the booking and his name was on the booking such as.. Driving License, Passport Copy, Visa Page Copy, National ID.
A valid driving license and a credit card of the user is mandatory for all sorts of booking. In addition to that Emirates ID /GCC ID/ Passport Copy and a valid Visa are the other mandatory documents to be submitted.
You need to provide a Pre-Authentication of the credit card. It would be between the Car Rental Supplier and the customer. In any case, you don’t have a sufficient balance, or not willing to provide the credit card pre-authentication, the car rental Service Provider has the right to deny the booking, for which AddRentals.com won’t be held responsible.
Credit Card of the User is mandatory, If you are not able to provide a valid credit card at the time of car collection or delivery, the Car rental Supplier will not honour the booking and will not handed over the car as it is clearly mentioned that a credit card is a must for booking.
If the car rental voucher is presented by someone other than the person entitled to be carried there-under or to refund in connection therewith, AddRentals.com or any of its travel partners shall not be liable to the person so entitled.
Users/Customers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS, Emails, or calls from AddRentals.com with regard to services provided by them.
AddRentals.com is a booking service or an online platform only that connects the customer with the supplier. It is not liable for the loss of goods or property of customers for any of the acts, events, incidents whatsoever beyond the control of the company. We are not liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of your rental. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of personal belongings, damage to the car, and injury to yourself or others
You may cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours before the start of your rental.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of our online car rental platform services.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our platform following any changes to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
